2-day hands-on workshop · Tailored to your team's real work
Two days. Your team walks out with AI tools they built themselves.
Not a seminar about AI. A hands-on workshop where your people build real tools — tailored to your business, on the work they actually do. Whatever's eating their week is what we build with AI. Run by an operator who does this daily, not a guru.

Caught before it reached the books — in seconds, not hours.
Sound familiar?
You know AI matters. You just don't know where it fits in your team's day.
Someone on the team has probably tried ChatGPT. They were impressed for five minutes, then closed the tab and went back to the actual work. The course they bookmarked? Still bookmarked.
Meanwhile the real time-sinks are still there. The same report someone rebuilds by hand every month. Data re-typed between two systems. The spreadsheet that eats half a day. The proposals, the follow-ups, the formatting.
The problem was never that AI can't help. It's that nobody sat down with your team and showed them what to do with it in a business like yours. Two days, in your team's real work, fixes that.
What your team walks away with
Six tools your team typically builds. Yours adapts.
Every team's pain is different, so what your team actually builds is different. These six are common deliverables — a useful starting reference. Yours might lean harder on one, skip another, or build something I haven't listed at all. We shape the days around your team's real work.
A live landing page
On a real domain, with a working form that captures details correctly and fires off an automatic reply. You'll have the link to show.
An automation that kills the manual work
Take the report that eats hours every month and make it run in minutes. Export from your system, clean it, format it, done.
A spreadsheet that works while you sleep
A Google Sheet wired with Apps Script to send reports or alerts automatically. Set it once, it runs without you.
A data cross-checker
Pull figures from your system and have AI flag the mismatches and errors before they cost you. Around your system, never replacing it.
A reusable prompt playbook
The exact prompts for proposals, reports, and emails — in your company's voice — so you reproduce great output every time, not by luck.
A plan (and a start) for your own tool
You leave having scoped one real thing for your own job, and started building it, so Monday isn't 'now what?'
Plus the thing that lasts longest: the method. How to scope a problem and brief AI properly, so your team keeps building tools long after the workshop ends. That's the real skill. The tools are just proof they've got it.
The two days
A typical flow. Adapted to your team.
This is the shape of a typical workshop. The exact prompts, examples, and deliverables get built around what your team actually does — confirmed in the scope call before we set dates.
Day 1
AI that saves hours today
- Prompting that actually works (the foundation most people skip)
- Build your reusable playbook for proposals, reports, and emails
- Automate the spreadsheet work that eats your week
- Export from your system, clean it, produce the report
Day 2
Build tools that run themselves
- Cross-check data against your system to catch errors
- Google Sheets + Apps Script: reports & alerts on autopilot
- A landing page that captures and follows up with leads
- Security basics + scope one real tool for your own job

Who's running it
An operator, not a guru.
I'm Tony. I run small businesses across e-commerce, real estate, fitness, and education, and I use these exact AI workflows every day to keep them running lean.
I'm not teaching from a textbook. I'm teaching what I actually built. A few real examples:
Monthly commission report
A full business website
Running the whole operation
You can see how I think and work in the daily Radar before you decide. No commitment needed to judge whether I know my stuff.
Who it's for
Your team. Where the pain actually sits.
The people who get the most are the ones who feel the daily grind. Usually some mix of:
- Business owners who want to build their own tools
- Admin & operations staff buried in data entry and reports
- Accounts staff doing monthly reconciliation by hand
- HR doing onboarding docs, leave tracking, and policy paperwork
- Marketing producing content, landing pages, and campaigns
How we tailor it
Before we set dates, we scope the workshop around your team.
The two-day shape stays the same. The prompts, exercises, and deliverables get built around your team's actual work. Roughly, a short scope call covers:
- Which roles attend, and what each is responsible for
- The tools your team lives in — Excel, Sheets, CRM, the ops system, whatever
- The repetitive work that costs the most hours
- Any system-of-record we should work AROUND, never replace
- Constraints — budget, dates, location, language
Then I come back with a proposal: dates, scope, exactly what your team walks out with. If we're a fit, we book. If not, I'll say so.
I'm completing HRDC accreditation now — once that's in, the training can be structured to claim against your levy. Until then, the rate is direct. Either way, tell me your situation and I'll be straight about what fits.
The honest answers
What you're probably thinking.
What does this actually cost?
Pricing depends on your team size and what you want them to be able to do by the end. Tell me your situation when you enquire and I'll come back with a number — no game-playing. I'm currently completing HRDC accreditation; once that lands the training can be structured to claim against your levy. Until then, the rate is direct.
I can't afford to pull my team off for two days.
Fair concern. But you're not losing two days, you're buying back time every week after. The whole point is your team leaves with working tools that do the repetitive work for them. Two days now to save hours every week for the rest of the year is the trade. We can also run it across two non-consecutive Fridays if that's gentler on the schedule.
My team isn't technical. Will they keep up?
Yes. There's no coding background needed. If they can use email and a spreadsheet, they can do this. The whole approach is about telling AI what you need in plain language, not writing code. Non-technical admin, ops, and accounts staff are exactly who this is built for.
Can't they just read your free case studies?
They can — and they should. The case studies cover the same workflows in detail, and they're free for a reason. But there's a gap between reading and your team actually building. The workshop closes it: structure, accountability, your real work in front of them, and me in the room when they get stuck. They leave with working tools, not a backlog of bookmarks.
Will this actually apply to MY business?
Yes — because the workshop is scoped to your business before we set dates. We walk through your team's roles, tools, and time-sinks first. Whatever you run — retail, services, e-commerce, a professional firm — the underlying workflows (reports, data, forms, documents) are universal. The two days get built around the specifics of yours.
It's a brand new workshop. Why should I trust it?
Honest answer: I'm just getting started running this. What you're trusting is the operator — I run real businesses and use these exact workflows daily. You can see the methods free in the case studies before you commit a cent. Want to talk before booking? WhatsApp me, I'll be straight about whether I'm right for your team.

Tell me about your team — roles, what's slowing them down, the systems they live in. I'll come back with a scoped two-day workshop built around it. No pressure, no hard sell.
